Medications and Supplies arrived from Direct Relief! Tenki for the donation in support of the Helping Mothers Survive and Helping Babies Breathe conference in Sierra Leone next week!
The donated medications and supplies are finally unboxed and weigh a combined 205 lbs. The contents ranged from sterile gloves, antibiotics, sutures, cardiac medications, and TXA to manage post-partum hemorrhage. Now our next challenge is packaging them into our checked baggage for distribution in country!
Next week we will be in Sierra Leone teaching at the Helping Mothers Survive and Helping Babies Breathe conference in partnership with Healey International Relief Foundation, Helping Children Worldwide, Christian Health Association Sierra Leone, and Embrace International Foundation.
