Today we went around to confirm locations for the classes we’re giving. Finding the right places to tell these stories, share a part of Sierra Leone through these classes, was MUCH easier than I expected. Sierra Leone is beautiful. Yes, there’s poverty, yes there’s trash in the cities along the road, certain parts are congested. But when you look for her beauty, it’s so easy to find. And when you tell people what your plan and intention is, their hearts open and they are so willing to help. “You want to employ Sierra Leoneans to help women and children in Sierra Leone? Yes, please come in.” Looking forward to bringing dance to life on this rooftop soon.
